Meet Shelley Simmons

With more than 19 years of Real Estate experience, coupled with 15 years of corporate and legal experience, Shelley is a dynamic and energetic Trainer who engages intimately with her audience; Having been a regional trainer for Keller Williams on the basic principles of MREA & Shift as well as her multiple installations of Ninja Selling, Shelley delivers a wide range of content and also the actionable items that students need to move their needle forward

Shelley is a John Maxwell Certified Team Member in speaking, coaching and training and is a student of Tony Robbins International. Shelley holds a Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification and her passion is teaching Real Estate and Industry Professionals the nuances of how to navigate real estate markets. Shelley has been privileged to speak at regional economic conferences on market trends. She has been featured as a routine contributor to Business Report, Rock It Right TV and was featured on WVUE in 2020.

In addition, Shelley and The Elevate Team believe in a combination of classroom delivery of “how” to sell real estate but does not come close to their hands on approach of having their Associates shadow and follow them through the day to day processes of the business.
